It seems the innovative restaurant owner of KT’s Barbecue in Cincinnati, OH only trying to survive in a bad economy has gone and got some of his local neighbors thongs in a bunch.  To draw attention (advertise) he has been using a tig O bittyed mannequin dressed in a bikini top and daisy dukes outside his business, it seems to be working.  He is getting more business but unfortunately also got the local weight watchers flunky’s all up in arms.  Now because of a few uneducated fatty’s he has to put sweats on the mannequin after the matter was taken to city hall.  What happened to freedom of expression?  Hooters anyone?
